Mushavo Budget is designed to make recurring payments, shared responsibilities, and payment records easier to organise—whether the workspace belongs to one person, a family, or a business team.
WHY IT EXISTS
A budget needs more than totals.
Many important payments repeat every month, involve more than one person, or need proof after they have been paid. A simple spreadsheet can record an amount, but it rarely makes responsibility, reminders, partial payments, or supporting documents easy to follow.
Mushavo Budget connects those details. Each payment has a schedule, status, responsible member, history, and supporting information. Each workspace applies its own plan, limits, currency settings, and reporting access.
THREE TYPES OF WORKSPACE
One account can support different parts of life.
Shared household responsibility
A paid Family plan creates a shared workspace for the family head and included members. The head can invite registered users, allocate responsibilities, edit the family name, and add paid member places when needed.
Team payment oversight
A Business workspace extends shared payment planning to teams, with member places, approvals, stronger history, and business-level reporting features controlled by the selected plan.

HOW ACCESS WORKS
The plan belongs to the workspace.
Invited members do not need a separate paid subscription. They inherit access from the Family or Business workspace they join.
Personal and shared access remain independent. A user may have a Free personal workspace while participating in a paid family workspace.
Historical prices are preserved. When administrators publish a new price, earlier invoices keep the price that applied when they were created.

Can I use Mushavo Budget for free?
Yes. Every registered user starts with a personal Free workspace that supports up to five active personal payment items.
Do family members have to pay?
No. Invited members use the access provided by the paid Family workspace. The family head pays for the plan and any additional member places.
Can I belong to more than one workspace?
Yes. The workspace switcher keeps Personal, Family, and Business information separate under the same login.
What happens after a subscription payment is submitted?
The payment and proof are reviewed by Mushavo Budget finance staff. Approval activates or extends the plan and preserves an invoice and review record.
